Wholesale

The following forms are REQUIRED by state and federal laws for wholesale deals:

• Vehicle Purchase Order (Bill of Sale)
• Title (Proof of Ownership)
• Secure Odometer Statement

In addition to the above forms the following forms may also be required:

• Federal Form 8300 This is a federal form and is required when ever the total cash received exceeds $10,000.
• Arizona Form 5000. Non-Resident Sale. This form is used when ever you sell a vehicle to a non-resident.
• Arizona Form 5010. Indian National Sale. This form is used when ever you sell a vehicle to an indian national.
